Wait... Chertek with Ensnare and Crack Shot is only 50 points? So cheap!

Real talk I've been playing 3Ensnare+ for a couple weeks now...and I've got to believe there's a nonzero chance it gets emergency nerfed before worlds, right? It's too stupid to live.

For sure. He is like a Fang Fighter in terms of area denial by offering only bad trades. His cost should reflect that, but with ensnare he is too cheap for what he does.

It is line 48 in your scripts where it breaks, because launchbay does not provide proper xws, or at least not the points.

edit: currently I have 10/20 hyperpsace trials with that error. Not that hyperspace is necessarily interesting, but maybe you also ran into that error?

if 'points' in pilot :
points_ship = pilot['points']

seems to work so far

Oh, I didn't realize anyone was actually using that old script still. Would updating it help you at all?

Now, now, AS Guri with all the init, is perfectly capable of selecting a 1v1 battle, even when her chosen opponent is surrounded by his buddies

Yeah, its the nantex Im running. So good. Run him with a Sense Maul and Chertek is a scary dude when he blocks you.

Yes, but the burden of execution is on the Guri player, and half points on Guri is probably worth the entirety of Chertek. Half points on Chertek is only a ESC vulture.

This is the least enthusiastic I have been about X-Wing since 2.0 was released. Ensnare, Pre-movement, High Bid i6s, cheap Force Users, emphasis on Turrets... Below gif is the best way I can express what it feels like to try and solve the Wave 5 Puzzle.

Maybe it will eventually evolve somewhere unexpectedly interesting.

This list is incredibly fun to play. I altered Poe a bit more to my liking but that Rey is the first large ship in 2.0 that is fun for me to fly. Thank you.

L5r worlds is in November, and they got thier pre worlds update a few weeks ago, so i suspect those of you who are playing at worlds are stuck with it.

Pretty sure there’s a bug repellent out there. But most will still suffer. Personally I think it’s electro proton bomb, but ICT or Prockets or even proton torps is probably the better answer. Although the best answer may even be more ships, idk.

In my last game with Sun Fac, I literally guessed the completely wrong maneuver for Soontir (I guessed 2 hard right and he slooped left) and still killed him...

BTW @Brunas, don't calculate my game you just stumbled on Vassal into your X Wing Conspiracy Crafting Society. The Duke experimented with a joust and on top of that we agreed afterwards that a different target should have been tractored.

Depended on the matchup. In terms of in general usually one ship was the bait and the other was the hammer. It varied between the two which was which, they both have a good ability to disengage. Playing Poe was actually quite fun and he did well. It's nice to play a double repo ship again after playing so much 1e Vader. He utterly murders Jedi and other aces. Bid was fine, I like most everything in the list, and Rey is strong enough to carry a game even if I don't have it. I didn't against the guy who won the whole thing and I was the only person to beat him. Poe can take 5 hits from Fenn and keep trucking, which was rather refreshing. I like it! I’ve been playing the exact same Poe but paired with a fat “old man Han”. I really struggled against regen jedis, as my Han didn’t hit as hard as your Rey. I might try your build next league night

Nantex are fine as long as Legion is a good game 😉

Didn't deadeye jump master got faqed out of the game just 2 weeks before worlds back then?

I'm not saying we are at the same level yet, but in the past ffg wasn't afraid to change the most impactful meta list just before worlds
