Question for the hive mind...no Grand Champs thus far has had an x-1 type cut, has it? I've looked and see UK, Germany and Canada had top 32 with NOVA having top 64. Do I have that wrong? Did I miss a grand champs?

I ask because the St. Louis Grand Champs has announced a x-1 cut, and I'm trying to figure out how much effort I should put into a crusade against that in favor of a top 32.

The two gas clowns, Midnight and Blackout, get Blackout drunk at Midnight and mix up abilities. When Midnight locks an opponent, they roll 1 fewer die when interacting with him. When Blackout attacks or defends through an obstacle, the opponent cannot modify dice. Do you prefer the new or old versions of the pilots in this hypothetical?

Canada was only top 16, which included a handful of 4-2 players.

I would actually consider that blackout

Sounds like a nice new Thweek ability. Mix up two of your opponent's abilities. That couldn't go wrong at all.
