As much as I love my Quickdraw, LWF would have to cost a lot to be implemented in order to keep the game balanced (and my play group's collective frigid greens would get so little out of it unless we used that evade action! [that's not a statement of "muh dice", but an affirmation that the best greens are the ones you never have to roll. SNR will never be overcosted for us paranoid people!!!!!]). Against many lists, it's basically an unbreakable stealth device. With a cost that high, most of us will continue using afterburners or shield upgrade.
