While I think that (for now) the S-tier is probably decently refined, there is so much churn at the 4-2 level that the A-tier is probably murky at best. This is also coupled with that the difference between S-Tier and the rest is probably not has dramatic as 1.0 - so you are going to have large tournaments were Wedge fails and ones were he smashes through. Double Tap Dash for example seems like a real variance level list. It can just smash everything, but it also gets smashed really quick too. You can easily have players of equal skill go 5-1 and 2-4 with it. I agree that win rates are probably a better indicator than the conversion rate except for figuring out what is S-tier.
