Conversion kits were in suppliers hands for wave 1 at worlds, and the devs talked about the new silencer model so its safe to assume they were/are pretty far on wave 2.

I mean it makes sense since the NOVA Open prize is an alt art Kylo and you know it is double sided.
So Howlrunner is only 2 threat. I know I said not to draw any conclusions from the threat builds but I am going to just assume that means shes less than 40 pts.

Sounds right to me - The quick build Howlrunner has Juke and Shield Upgrade at 2 threat (50 points). Using 1.0 pricing as a guide, Juke will be about 4 points and Shield about 8 points, putting Howlrunner at about 38 points. TIE Swarms are looking like a Tier 1 list out the gate.

By the by, inspection complete. I have a freon leak. Good diagnosis. Sadly it's not cheap... Well, could be worse, kinda mid-range for car repairs. Should have it patched up on Friday before I start putting the miles on.
