I may grab a switch because Tennis actually sounds entertaining... is there anything else worth playing? I pretty much only play Overwatch and Ghost Recon Wildlands on my Xbox.... will I get enjoyment out of a switch?

Depends on what you're looking for, but generally yes.

How much do you guys want AA Striker cards at Gencon? I think I still have time so that they can make it- This week would be the deadline.

Also, on the named Strikers- How much would you pay for each in 2.0? Which will see the most use? Which will be the best? I used the Zach Madere art for Duchess since she's the highest Init one, but I know in 1.0 I used it for Pure since he was the best striker that actually tried to kill stuff (as opposed to just trying to be a nusiance like Countdown- Also Pure is more likely to do the thing pictured on the art.)

mario kart, tennis are huge on my list because I loved Kart and Soccer on Wii. really the only two games I played aside from Mega Man collection.

wasn't big into Zelda... heard Odyssey is unreal... would like a solid "wargame" tho

I think duchess got a solid buff in 2.0 due to the lack of VI PTL aces and the ability to pre-move reposition, even if stressed, so probably 47-48 points? Agi. doesn't matter if you don't get shot at.

Pure sabacc is probably worth about 42-43? the lack of LWF means you are going to be losing the buff sooner, so how much more is an int and the buff worth over a black? probably not that much, but I could see it being 44.

Countdown is 41/42 due to the ability to not die as fast being really strong.

The fact that it takes up an action is still meaningful, for instance corran horn can't stack tokens on the 1-2 turns i can keep potshots on him, nor can he use boost to decrease his turning radius if he's using an action to regen.

plus it doesn't help nearly as much as an additional shield. Don't forget, this takes two actions (and two charges) to fix a direct, while a shield may just prevent it. Additionally, the first part is literally only useful for structural damage, so make of that what you will. Finally, I can block an action regen ship to prevent that, but an R2 ship can regen regardless of maneuver (unless ioned, but neither can then). It just seems worse, unless significantly cheaper.

I love how we have trajectory shamer and genius... but we don't have snap shot or flight assist... I'm sad now.

FAA is a really blatant fix card so I don't really mind that one actually.

I'm no less surprised that Guidance Chips, Autothrusters, and LWF didn't make it.

Still a bit of a tradeoff - on a fast ship that can disengage shield regen is probably better, but if the ship is going to be constantly brawling the action one makes more sense or gets a free action. On the two tubes bros it is probably a solid choice since X-Wing Tubes will have free action before he does his maneuver so even if he is blocked he will have one focus and a repaired dmg card.

Are you sure the free action triggers before he moves?

It seems people want to play 100/6 tonight at my FLGS, and I don't really care if I win but I just don't want to make anyone salty. What is the most wholesome thing I can fly without getting curbstomped or having to buy a whole bunch more HWK-290 Expansion Packs?

That... actually sounds really fun. Also helps me check some things off my 1.0 bucket list, since I've only actually really used one of those pilots much at all. I haven't played Norra in 1.0 more than once because I found Aftermath a huge disappointment, and I didn't play Dark Forces so I've never used Jan.

Reapers and/or defenders, they only punish people trying to do degenerate things in the first place.

Correct. That wasn't the point of my post - the point was to be a pedantic twit and to point out once again that FFG has messed up with their formatting of things. The only time the difference actually matters is for debris and rigged cargo chute

it is super fun! tons of offense, lots of options. when you setup just scream "joust me!!!" and watch the magic.

I have 2 different openings, essentially. I always do a V form with Wedge on the board edge, Jan back. If I see QD I setup directly across from him and go hard. I may only have 1 focus for the engage from Rey, but hey QD will die. Wedge for QD is a good trade in my books. Otherwise dial a 1 forward, bank focuses until you can setup the engage.

Also, anyone have either the pages the scum and imperial conversion kits got posted in, or an imgur album or anything? Need to make a quick list of things to put in the calculator.
