Are these likely to appear from FFG any time soon?

If so I will wait for them but if not, any suggestions /links to other similar looking decals to put on the shields?

also, how do you go about the decals for the shields with 'slash marks' across where the decal will be?

Not sure about the slash mark issues, but I would not expect decals from FFG at all, unfortunately. They are just dipping their toes in the hobby water and have something to prove right now. That means getting these factions out to generate enough interest for the game to survive.

Google both WW II decals for online shops, as well as Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar on ebay. I think you'll discover some very cool options. Some of the demon symbols for 40K would look sweet, and you cannot go wrong with some basic German runes or other such logos.

try fighting piranha graphics for interesting designs from the Battletech universe, a lot of those work fine for Runewars!
