Its not dipped. I use a tint used to protect wood. Ir seems to work very well. The only problem is the tint is oil based so i can not paint highlights after. Sorry for my english but spanish Is my native language

Dipped/wood stain, same idea. I brush apply it, not dip as well. If you want to highlight after throw a coat of acrylic varnish over (matt) and then go nuts. The issue is more the super glossy surface than the mixed mediums, which once cured is a non issue.

Really a good idea, thanks. I will tray to put an acrylic varnish over the miniature and see the results. Then i will upload some pictures.

Did you replace the plastic bowstring with actuall string? Nice.

There is no plastic bowstring. Cool work, adding the bowstrings.

Hi, i use a simple white thread. Then i use some varnish to make it more rigid.

part of me wants to add bowstrings, part of me doesnt want to spend more time on an army im not doing more than getting a regular list's worth for demoing lol
