Sharing my own WFRP3 introduction adventure : [SPOILER ALERT] even for its title.

By willmanx, in WFRP Gamemasters

I was struggling to find some extraordinary one shot uber-fun adventure to introduce Warhammer 3 lightly to my experienced players. I wouldn't play the Demo (wayyyy too basic and warriorish), and I wanted to save Eye for an Eye to play it fully on a Medieval Gothic style, adult oriented.

So last week I watched some excellent british B movie called LESBIAN VAMPIRE KILLERS with a lot of humour, basic girl sensuality, fear and some good fight. Moreover, the movie plot revolves around two down-on-their-luck loosers, Some true ordinary guys like we all love since Empire Within Campaign.

I played it without really writing it this sunday in a 6 hours session for 2 players... And that was so cool that I will introduce the third edition to my other warhammer-fan friends with this adventure. So I writed it down properly.

One last thing : You should REALLY do your best to hide every aspect of this story, even its title. Your players will always be surprised and won't really understand what kind of adventure is that. That's huge as a GM. from drama to comedy, then horror, then teenage movie, then bright fight...

Then, here it is, my adaptation of this movie in warhammer's setting : SAPPHIC VAMPIRE KILLERS

Enjoy, and please let me know what do you think of this.

Thanks to Jay Afner for sharing his cool adventure template.

EDIT : oh, I forgot to explain that it's written in english, but that is not my native language (I'm french)... So excuse my tarzan-like english. Wikipedia article on the movie help me a lot to write it better.

Oh Gosh... sorry I should have learn a better english in my youth... :) I corrected a lot of errors (thanks word on grammar and vocabulary) since my first upload... In example Sapphic with 2 "P" :(I also put it on a A4 landscape format because it's more convenient in a GM's space.

Don't hesitate to download it again if you did it yet before.

... This Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 3rd edition scenario is designed for two pre-generated characters in their 1st career and may be extended to three. This adventure is classified PG-16 as it contains humor, sexual frustration, darker humor, sensuality, violence, losers, a bit of non-funny humor, brave combat and some gore too....

Nice work will... I just read it and while we usually have a fairly serious tone in our sessions we also love the odd comedy. This one will be lots of fun - Greatsword of Daeldo partido_risa.gif

But that template. I downloaded one, but it didn't really work for my version of word (2007)... but it looks great and I'd love to have a nice template instead of the plain and boring text I use.

For that template you need the right fonts. I do not have the plaint text one and Times Roman appears. For the other one, I posted my font pack elsewhere... And here it is again

Warhammer 1st Ed. had some adventure with humor too :)

Thanks for the font pack, I'll see how that works out. I also downloaded the dice fonts somewhere.

Hey, that looks like fun :)

If you save it as a PDF file, people don't need the fonts (Dominican, Dominican SMall Caps, and Dejavu Serif).

You can use Cute PDF Writer (download) if you don't otherwise have a PDF converter for your WORD program too.

Glad you appreciate that non-native language work. You may play it in 5-6 hours with 2 players. Great initiation/introduction to rpg.

That's what I did, sharing a pdf I mean :) Gallow was speaking about that adventure template in .doc format shared on Hammerzeit. For this one you need fonts :)

little up, for those who haven't seen that free homemade top fun adventure for pregenerated characters
