My penny to the Wishing Well would be the game Cevasse as a miniatures game as described throughout A Storm of Swords-A Dance of Dragons. Maybe with expansions to include specific characters from the extended canon like Balaerion the Dread for different Dragon pieces, or the Golden Company or Second Sons as infantry pieces, Knights of the Vale/Stormlands for Calvary etc. etc. The list really could go on for 6000 pages just like the books.
