I don't know. These guys look pretty tough, especially if they work together. My 4 players all have combat oriented second rank PCs and so I wrote it for them. But I expect, if they took them on head to head in a straight fight, they would not win. I will be giving them the opportunity to sneak up on the mutants and have the fight on their own terms.

I meant it to work every check. It's powerful, but the idea is that any wearer will go insane pretty quick. But, really the idea is that you insert mutations for insanities.
