It was before wave 10 fully released. U wings and Strikers were legal, no Upsilons, Sabine Tie, or Quadjumper.

....which means we'll get to see them in action at Yavin next week. Yay, can't wait for that.

The rest of wave 10 is so fun. The next two are going to be fun to see shake out.

well, I played precisely zero Paratanni builds, but that might be because day one went horribly wrong with a 2-4 record so I was hanging around to bottom tables before drop. Managed to win a Hangar Bay event on day two, which was nice.

It was great to see so many European X-Wing players in attendance as well, I had fun games with players from the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal, I think I'd really like to attend an event in Europe myself at some point!

I will be at Naboo. And I can't promise anything about not playing Paratanni, that list is fun

European events generally large, and visited by out of towners, so it's harder to read the local meta.

I know several people who've attended 6 regionals this season. For a US resident, this would be very hard. For an EU citizen, it can be just a 50 euro plane ticket or a 4 hour drive.

This inability to predict a local meta, plus Mindlink, makes a squad like Manaroo or Defenders quite tempting.
