Do stats for this type of ship exist elsewhere in the system?

Not as of yet.

Folks were hoping it'd get stats in either the Beginner Box or the free online follow-up adventure, especially since the PCs start out with said ship, but no such luck.

As a potential approximation of the Quadjumper, one could use the ZH-25 Questor light freighter; it's probably a little bigger, but not by much. Stats are on page 265 in Force and Destiny .

Additionally, Wookieepedia has deckplans for it.
