Ugh, I complete missed that. I was planing on using a Diplomat for taking Correlia off the lists of targets.

He can only field 500, but we're letting people spend over for their fleet. You can leave off upgrades to get yourself back under.

Essentially, allowing a sideboard if you have the resources to create one.
