Lair of the Wyrm comes with Inactive Monster Tokens. Do these ever get used in RtL?

I have never seen a use of these tokens in all of my games of RTL/Delve. I have played more than 25+ campaigns of Kindred Fire, and 20+ campaigns of Delve, and have never seen them used.

Thanks. How about Overgrowth tokens from Labyrinth of Ruin?

If you mean the actual green Overgrowth "door" objects, I have seen them in the Delve.
