Not sure if this question has been asked before or is simply a stupid question as I am new to this particular forum but was wondering if the character cards for the digital game might be available for purchase somewhere as hardcopy?

I've just started playing the digital game and really enjoy it and would really like to add the characters available there to my physical game.

No, but they are available to download and print out yourself from Talisman Island.
