I recently started playing this game and had a couple of questions about OP events.

Our store has a couple of kits from earlier this year (Spring and Summer) can those still be ran?

If they can be, do we need to follow an official format for them?

You can still run those. It's up to the tournament organizer to set event structure, but it's recommended that you follow the guidelines and rules outlined by the Tournament Resource documents on this page .

However, anything to encourage participation and sportsmanlike play is great. Never hurts to announce your events here too.
