Chaos warships use identical components to their Imperial brethren. The exception is with the Shrine to the God Emperor, and its larger upgrades (See Warships of the Imperium). Instead the forces of chaos get Chaos Shrines, which are identical to their imperial counterparts except that they may be dedicated to a Chaos God. The benefits of dedication are listed below.

Deamonships
A deamonship is a vessel that has been completely overcome by the powers of Chaos. The vessel looses its crew and as such has no crew statistic. When the ship's morale reaches zero it is banished back to the warp to repair and regroup. Deamonships do not lose moral from fires and are immune to the disinformation action. A deamonship must be dedicated to a specific Chaos entity and gains additional benefits to the ones listed above
Khorne: Boarders suffer 2d10 Morale damage on the initial round of boarding and increase all morale damage from hit and run and boarding by one.
Tzeentch: Roll 1d10. On a 6 or higher gain 1d10 Morale, otherwise lose 1d10. This may be used once per encounter.
Nurgle: Unaffected by boarding actions or hit and run actions.
Slaanesh: May stun one enemy ship for 1d5 rounds with a successful Charm test. This may be used once per encounter.
