The idea is for Kath to set up a Marksmanship Cluster Missiles shot and get some crits out there, potentially dealing two stress. 3, if I had tactitian on board, but I prefer rebel captive to Tactitian in this case.

I like the idea of LRS + Marksmanship on Kath. My personal first instinct would be Guidance Chips + Deadeye instead (chips guarantees that she'll either trigger her ability or hit both times), but the LRS idea seems interesting too. The main thing I'd reccomend is swapping Seismics and Rebel Captive for Thermals and Tactician. Tacitcian is dynamite on Cluster Missile Kath; you get to potentially triple-stress someone if you catch them in arc at range 2, which is good. And Thermals are just an extra layer of stressing. I'd also swap the Concussion Missiles for Proton Torpedoes; you'll never be double-focused in this build, so statistically their innate mod rates are the same, and the extra crit is better than the extra hit. Or if you go with Chips+Deadeye on Kath you have the points to upgrade them to Homing Missiles or Plasmas + EM.
