Campaign question

By Schmiegel, in Road to Legend

I must be missing something.. I started the Rise of All Goblins Campaign, and traveled to what appeared to be the only available quest location on the map (the one that says "three weeks to start", represented by a castle on the map..) I took a week to buy equipment in Tamalir first..

My hero party lost the quest and the "campaign" was over... Is it really just a one-quest campaign? Or am I missing something (I hope so, and that seems the far more likely explanation). Duh!

Rise of all Goblins is a pretty short thing.

After the tutorial Mission (that you seem to have skipped) you can do two side quests that are different each time. Their rewards are small though.

The Goblin Who Would be King is the only story quest in this Campaign. After this one you're done. It's just to get used to the app.

Interesting, and good to know. Thanks very much for the info! I did skip the tutorial initially, then did it at the next opportunity. I didn't actually learn anything that I hadn't already gleaned, but it's probably a good idea to do it anyway. I'm glad to know I didn't do anything wrong or that my app didn't have a bug or something.

Quests that have "starts in x weeks" are story missions, and going to them removes the side quests that would have been available during the X weeks you had available...

Rise of All Goblins is essentially a tutorial. I think they intended it as a taster to encourage you to buy Kindred Fire but then they went and made KF free.

They should probably take RoaG out altogether because i see loads of posts about it here and on the BGG forums!
