Ok, Lets say my opponent plays an attack, say Wrath of heaven and I play an Acrobatic to switcheroo the damage and speed. Serveral Damage pumps later, I'm afraid for my life. Can I use The Enhance on Rekki-Maru and Mekki- Maru to make Wrath of heaven go away? (E commit, discard 1 momentum: Each player turns 1 card in their card pool face down) Also, could I have used it without having played acrobatic first to have a card in my card pool?

Yes and Yes (as long as you have the momentum of course)

If it was worded "turns over ANOTHER attack" then of course it wouldn't work.

Or if it was worded "you turn a card over, and then your opponent turns one over" it wouldnt work.

As it stands, both players simultaneously turn over 1 card in their card pool. If one player is unable to do so, the other play still does it.
