For the Money's "discard" effect has been ruled to be a cost, thus preventing cards like Gut Drill or Warrior's Path from benefitting from their static text that penalizes discard effects. I assume that by this same ruling For the Money's "discard" effect does not trigger Excellent Thief. Correct?
