Stream app video via Chromecast etc.?

Hi all!

Currently running app on an LG G Pad 7.0.

Was wondering if anyone has streamed the app to a t.v. for ease of viewing for the whole group. I am thinking about picking up a Chromecast, but the support material keeps mentioning that Chromecast works with "Chromecast enabled apps."

Looking for options to get the video on a bigger screen.

I run it on PC and I simply clone the monitor on the TV via an HMDI cable

I wish they would release the app for Apple TV. I can mirror the app to TV with Airplay but all the input is still done with iPhone/iPad and I'd rather use the Apple TV remote.

How about running it on a pc and linking it to a projector?

Say covering the whole back wall of your play area.

I use the Steam app and run it on my TV with the Steam Link. I've got a wireless mouse & keyboard so it's beyond easy and the audio pumps through my home theater.

I bet using surround sound at loud volume, the sudden-effect-music of an unexpected monster spawn is truly excellent
