Nah, not for stuff like these. I tend to be super-conservative when it comes to "consumables".
Not very efficient as I often end up not using Fate at all, but better this than not having a point when it's critical.

The disposition starting for you was 30 (highest influence)
The disposition starting for the magnate was 48 (Fel in place of Inf characteristic)
The personality was Confident if you want to look at the modifiers.
The disposition goal was 75, Balthazar was nearly there with 70, but Ariel knocked it down to -10 with her failed intimidation.
The magnate coincidentally managed his way up to 75 on his last roll as well.
Do you guys feel that sounded like it worked sanely? Any opinions? Never gotten to use Disposition before.
Just my typical dice luck! At least it seems we would have lost anyways due to the magnate's roll.
I think it was fine for what it was; the system is pretty basic to begin with and the debate seemed to flow naturally.
