Nope, sorry.

So when you cast Spell Call* for example the spell will be given back to you.

I think NO.

Prophetess cannot see Spells of Genie.

For the same reason Gypsy cannot take a Spell. In fact, YOU DON'T discard the spell.

"The Genie will cast the Spells whenever you wish ( treat the Spells as though you had cast them )." This part is a reference to the effect of the spell. When the Spell applies, the discarded spell is no more the character' spell.

This is not your spell, so you don't discard the spell. The spell is just discarded (by the Genie).
