When you activate Cursed Blood and reveal and non-foundation, can you choose to make them discard the foundation you activated the R on, or does it have to be any other foundation in their card pool?

One foundation of your choice. Does not matter if it is their most recently played foundation or not. You choose ANY foundation in their cardpool.
