Lets say I have a card pool that looks something like this

Face down Assasin strike, its Multiple copy, Possession stance (turned Assassin strike face down), Law's Somersault Kick, Law's somersault Kick, multiple copy

Really, you've only played 4 cards with only 3 progressive difficulty, so not an impossible scenario.

I can I then play Ninja Tactics second Form to pick up all Face down cards, and then use its Combo Form to clear my card pool? (Can I do this with 1 copy of Ninja Tactics in play, or would I have to play a second, which I know would work.)
