Yeah, if they've got it on the boat already, it's very likely that this will be for sale at GenCon. And hopefully, be in stores at or around the same time.
As has been described to me by my FLGS, the boat is a rowboat manned by a single elderly blind leper. It will arrive on shelves when it arrives. Sadly, I have found this to be very accurate.
