I'm a new player who play with the core set a few times but that's it. I just finally got my own set and am looking for a starter article on deck design or good second purchases. Any recommendations or links to key threads?

I'd also have a look at some classic CardgameDB articles , particularly Tech Talk if you like some off-the-wall ideas (but the thoughts behind card inclusions are always discussed). Bear in mind though that these articles may well be outdated (especially with regards to the metagame).

I'd buy in order:

1. What Lies Ahead

2. Future Proof (get these first two at the same time, as Future Proof really helps the runner and What Lies Ahead the corp)

3. The deluxe expansions (starting with Creation and Control, then Order and Chaos, then Honor and Profit, then finally Data and Destiny)

After that you should have a good start, and can figure out the rest.
