When I was printing the PDF files, I combined the map blueprint for skirmish and campaign for each extensions into combined PDF files. I then printed them out double sides and placed next to the FFG page (cut separately). I store all of the FFG pages in sheet protectors in a binder and store the puzzle guides next to each expansions sheet.
