If a creature has Horror 3 can you do the Strength test if,
a) You roll 2 or 1 successes
b) You roll 0 successes
c) Or do you need to roll 3 successes or above

Unless the monster says otherwise, failing the horror test simply reduces your sanity and you can go on to the strength test.
