Yes! I did win the FRENCH Open using Inquisitor with proton rockets.

I think this was the list, but I'm not 100% sure. It's a bit fuzzy, there were too many Uboat lists on that stream (Uboat vs. crack, Uboat vs. Vader crack, Uboat vs Uboat, Uboat vs. Dash, Uboat vs. Palp Aces)

I added on Mini Ranker the Top 2 of Endor and the last of the Top 4 of Jakku. Do we know more? Also, do we know only these 3 lists from Stele Open?

In case of Endor Open the MOV was not reset. It was related with the use of Cryodex instead of Tome.

Added a couple I remembered from Stele Open into Miniranker. Got myself (3), Jeremy(7), and Stephen(14). I know Preston (5) was running Whisper Oicunn, but not the exact loadout. Here's the end of round 6 standings to hound down for lists:

Don't see it on ListJuggler either, will try and track some of these down and add them to both.

Jakku used Tome (which crashed after round 5...), not sure if the MOV was reset or not. Day 1 victory points did count for day 2 swiss so I assumed day 1 MOV counted too but I'm not sure.

OK, completely off-topic, but what's with this grammatical phenomenon lately? "How something looks like"? It's "how something looks" or "what something looks like". I'm not trying to be rude here, I'm genuinely curious because I'm seeing it everywhere on the Internet these days. For all I know it's just coming from people for whom English isn't a first language (in which case, ignore me, your English is 100% better than my anything else), but I've noticed it quite often recently.
