It's a good thing that Jumpmasters shoved regen ships out of the game. One less obnoxious NPE based archetype to play against.

What, did you rebel players not get to play Poe enough during wave 7? A wave where there would be 14 players at an event, 6-7 of them would be flying rebels, and every single one of them had identical loadouts for Poe?

Did you not get to play Miranda enough? A turret ship that regenerates, can't get more rebel than that.

You rebel players absolutely deserve this. You guys complain about losing Poe in 2-3 torp blasts? Well that's what you get for getting 40 points of shield tokens out of a **** 4 point card every game last wave.

Literally every list is a NPE to you mate, so don't feel too offended that nobody takes you seriously anymore.

No one ever took me seriously, I had to deal with a bunch of idiots saying the Phantom wasn't broken.

Hell, back then I thought turrets weren't a problem and were just a symptom of the Phantom being OP.

So I'm used to people not taking me seriously for stating the truth.

Man, I would rather play U-boats than Rebel Regen. You can make progress against U-boats. One bad turn of attacks on your kill turn can mean that 3 turns stripping shields won't matter against a Regen list.

Ghost with Tactician + B-Wing w Tactician + Stresshog is a pretty good counter against U-Boote and Aces.

No, it's not. too low PS to catch Aces at range 2.

Find me some good, efficient rebel aces without regen. There's one, and he's not exactly the pinnacle of efficiency- Jake.

Dash is basically an ace.

I'd call Dash more of a turret- the last of the fat turrets though hey a decimator took the Naboo open so maybe he's not.

He moves like an ace, he just happens to also have the biggest turret in the game. These are basically arbitrary distinctions anyway, though.

I think price is the main distinction here. The price range on the "fat" turret type ships is a significant step above where one would think of the aces.

It was really cool to watch the decimator played well against the jumpmasters. He played it great.

Yeah, I saw part of that game. It was very nicely done.

Very impressed with Abel's flying in the semis and final at Tatooine. At a time when everyone and their grandmother is fussing about triple U-boats, he shows up with two and casually flies them around the map. Tel Trevura goes down first (and second) every time. He never displays any anxiety and just kills everyone with Dengar double tap, R5-P8 and feedback, gonking as necessary to regain shields.

i liked it too... only did not understand why r4 on tel trevura... i will try it with k4 and unhinged, to get tl and focus...probably swapping the proton to a plasma and take in extra hull... i think i'll take out the feedback to find some points...

So Tom Reed (from the UK) won the Italian Open today, against his brother Scott. both were flying triple Jump lists, though they were not identical. i believe it was 90 players, and for both brothers to get to the final is quite a remarkable achievement.

Kashyyk Open Results.

Awesome tournament, relaxed but still very competitive! Congratulations to the Reed family!

My only regret is that with the Wave 8 being officially released in Italy just 3 days before the event, we Italians lacked proper tournament experience with the new ships, but still, having had the the pleasure to face Scott Reed twice and also Juan del Rio and his mate David I learnt a lot about the game.

Any info on final standings on Lothal?

What the Lothal results?

Triple Jumpmasters triumphed over 1 HWK and 3 Sycks in the final. Yepp, a lone HWK and 3 Scyks made it into the final :D

Nice showing for Scyks :)

Really nice to see a good set if rebel lists in Italy. I've got regionals in Scotland soon and am quite nervous. As an Imperial player who's not faced crack swarms or triple jump masters before I think I'm going to get whipped. Will still enjoy it though!

I still don't have the exact lists myself. But if you are hoping for diversity, you'll be disapointed. Top8 was all Scum. I was the only player without any Jumpmaster in his list. Best imperial player was #10 after swiss. Best Rebel was #45. Which I was very sad to see. Imho it does not speak well for the state the game (and/or the german meta) is in and personally I really like Rebels and play them the most.

As far as i remember:
