is there any problem with that? mechanically I dont see any problems but cinematically I find it hard to envisage the roadwarden loading her pistol with her free manoeuvre while face to face with a wargor so she can execution shot.

I can see the problem as well, but disengaging and then taking a fatigue to reload and then shooting in the same turn as your action should be ok.
