So I am thinking about getting into Dark Heresy Second Edition, and was thinking about getting the PDF for the core book. But I was wondering, does it include a printer friendy version when I buy it?

As a GM I love having some stuff in print for convenience when I am running the game, so it would be a life saver for me(and my wallet, since printer ink must be made out of liquid gold or some such)

You only get one version.

No idea if you can somehow disable the background image with a tool or a hack or something, maybe you can.

Grab the tool here http://community.coherentpdf.com/

And run cpdf -draft rulebook.pdf -o rulebookprintable.pdf

It will remove all the GFX in whole book but is very printable afterwards!
