I have recently acquired all 4 chapter packs along with the core set.

I have noticed that there is same card number on two completely different cards in the deck.

For example - I am playing with Night's Watch / Baratheon combination and card #28 are: "Littlefinger" (neutral) and "In the name of the King" (loyal Baratheon event)?!?

This is just one example and I have noticed several.

Very interesting thing is that when there are duplicate numbers like this - the small icon besides it is always different. The one is crown and I cannot recognize the second icon?!?

The icon tells you what chapter pack cycle the card is from. The crown icon indicates the card is from the core set. The other icon is the pin that the Hand of the King wears to show his position. Thus, "Littlefinger" is card number 28 from the core set and "In the Name of Your King!" is card 28 of the Westeros cycle. Future cycles will have a new icon and start the numbering over at 1.
