Pretty simple question, is it possible to play a role playing game such as this, over Skype with webcams?

Do people already do this? For this kind of game it seems like something that would be really popular, assuming no one cheated with dice roles. That said, I'm totally new to role playing games. I want to give this a try, but I don't have a group! My girlfriend and I ordered the book on amazon to see what it's about. Looks really solid, but we'd need players. I haven't read through all of the instructions yet, but saw you need ideally 3-5 players. I figured I'd ask about this now while I review the game's format.

Invictus Stream has run a couple of End of the World scenarios over Skype. They use some sort of overlay program for dice rolls.

Chyronedave is half right. here is an example as to how they do it. except they actualy use Google+ if i remember right

When my group does it, we use skype and roll 20.
