I believe the answer to this is no, but even still I'd like to clarify. Do investments you take during character creation count toward fulfilling your Career Advancements? Seems like the GM could easily say they do, but I see no mention of it in the Rulebook.

Despite your initial career having some influence during the character creation process, investments made during character creation do NOT count toward career advancement.
