I'm sorting my cards into binders and find I am missing card B90 from the core set. Is this just a numbering glitch because Robert Baratheon duplicate card has the same number? Or am I missing a card?

Robert Baratheon appears twice in the Core
Set by design. The second copy of Robert
Baratheon should be numbered "B90."
Interesting. I got two B71's in my starter set.
Right. Everyone did. One of the B71's was supposed to be numbered B90.
