I'm very new to the game, so I appreciate any help. I love the Starks, so I want to give them a try. Any tips on the best Stark deck so far?

Thronesdb.com has plenty of decklists to search from, most will also mention if they've won any tournaments of signficance.
Stark has a lot of abilities that trigger off of other Starks and they have a lot of loyal cards, so I think the best Stark agenda is Fealty. You could also banner them with Tyrell for a knights deck, but you're probably looking for more pure Stark.
They want to go very military heavy, and their best card for that is Ice. I would run 3x in every Stark Fealty deck. Winter is Coming and For the North can also pump out the military pressure. Some of their best characters are the Stark kids. Bran is amazing, particularly against Targ and Dracarys. Arya has 2 icons, stealth, and a free dupe, which is insane for 3 cost (although she's not good on setup because you don't get the dupe). Sansa basically gives you a free power every turn.
Their big guys, Eddard, Robb, and Greywind, are all vulnerable to Tears of Lys (plus, Stark is low on intrigue in general). So it's generally good to include 1 or 2 Little Birds. They are especially good on Eddard because he can defend every challenge.
