Ore how many m³ Ships space 40 are??

I think ultimately that trying to equate solid numbers to a very abstract value is a bit futile.

The component Space value is more of a combination of mass and/or physical dimension that would not be measurable in a volumetric way without assigning multiple values to every component.

Most things are going to be very big. Ships engines, warp and plasma, are probably between 1/4 and 1/3 of a ships mass.

Space is a Game Mechanic to balance out ships... it has no actual measurements

Trying to quantify those types of things isn't fun. It shouldn't take 3 hours to make up a ship. I remember in frikkin' Traveller........

Heh - I liked making ships in traveller, but I am odd and had a lot of spare time then.

I recommend you don't read too much into the ship's size or space or etc. It won't stand up to rigorous scrutiny but is meant to fit into the flavor of the game.
