Automaton (Ferro Corpus)

No one know's quite where they come from, not even them, any memory of their past or their history. But they have proven to be quite powerful in means of strength and damage they can take. No one would ever mistake them for being living creatures though, the constant and steady clicking coming from within them shows an unnatural origin. Whoever or whatever made them has a massive understanding of psychic crystals, able to develop and create an array of them to provide these creatures with their own mind's and their own thoughts.

The few times that someone has been able to study a "dead" Automaton they have found something slightly different, as if each and every one were uniquely developed. Some of them do not appear to have any power source, where as others appear to be steam-powered or powered by some sort of device that can contain a virtually infinite amount of electricity, and strange few appear to have a different device that allows them to use magic without a soul. Nobody quite understands what they are, but there are many that fear they are agents of the Powers in the Shadows, and as soon as they are all in the right position, they will be fully activated and bring about the destruction of all life as we know it.

Steel Body: Due to their metallic body, an Automaton gains a +1 to strength and constitution. However they also do not have a sense of touch, smell, or taste.

Nonliving : Because they aren't really alive, Automatons have no need to sleep, eat, or breath. They are also incapable of becoming tired, however they cannot spend fatigue points to gain a bonus. Start off with Regeneration 0 regardless of constitution.

No Soul: Because they lack a soul, they are incapable of developing The Gift, or Ki Abilities.

Psychic Memory Matrix: Because of the matrix of unique psychic crystals that make up their mind, an Automaton starts off with access to Psychic Disciplines.

Metal Shell: Because of the strength of the metals that form their body, they have an AT 2 against physical attacks.

Various Designs: An automaton may take creature powers as if it had a Gnosis of 10, Any DP spent on these abilities counts as a secondary ability for mean's of counting up DP expenditures.

Unnatural Mind: Because of the way in which their mind's are developed, an Automaton takes a -2 to all EXP gains.
