I've had a run of bad luck.

Over the last few months it seems like a good chunk of the various gaming related products I've purchased came missing pieces or that they were just flat out broken. Contacting the various companies about the problems made me decided I would never buy another product from them again. Some never responded to my multiple attempts to contact them about my problems. Others just told me that the seller had to deal with the problem, even though one was the seller!

When I had problems with my Imperial Raider my first thought was I was just going to be screwed over again. To my amazement Fantasy Flight actually cared about the problem and fixed it. Something only one other company did. So thank you Fantasy Flight for being a company that actually cares about their customers.
