I'd love to see FFG make a magnetic war mat similar to what was done with the kickstarter. Its a really great idea for games like these. Also I'd be nice to see FFG make ship bases that have the magnets integrated into them that would be so slick.

While its a great idea and does make for a better game I don't see this as something that FFG needs to offer or will offer. They have their matts and they work very well. Magnets, IMO, will be an interesting modification from third parties.

Why is this here instead of the relevant Forum?

I dont see any thing relevant for the mission control.....
