That Was Cool, Do it Again!

By Twelve3, in UFS Rules Q & A

Hey Guys,

If I were to play an X.N.D.L. (If this card deals damage, you can play another copy of it from your hand to your card pool (no control check necessary).

If I then play the action "That Was Cool, Do it Again!" from my hand and choose to copy X.N.D.L., do I have to pay the control check, seeing as my last X.N.D.L. dealt damage, so I don't have to pay the control check, and I am choosing to copy X.N.D.L with That Was Cool, Do it Again.

"That Was Cool, Do it Again!" - Difficulty X - X is = to the difficulty of your last attack. F: This card becomes an exact copy of the last attack you played in your card pool."

TWCDIA only becomes a copy of the attack after you play it, which is after you make the control check.

Not only that but XNDL's Enhance doesn't apply to the "next XNDL you play", it directly drops another copy of XNDL from your hand into your card pool upon dealing damage - and while in your hand, TWCDIA isn't called XNDL.

Gotcha, thank you
