I think that we have enough to chew on with the new wave that we wont get any new ship news until later in the month or even in May

The next preview: Death Star as a playable super-ultra-mega epic ship available only to the current Worlds Champion, legal for use in all sanctioned events after being awarded. Down side is that the model requires its own zip code, and, no, it cannot be sold on eBay. (Just imagine the shipping cost!)

My thought was that we won't get an Imperial Veterans preview until they are closer to off the boat/shipping now since we already got one.
And since they just got on the boat about a month ago, we've got at least 6 more months to go.

The latest S&V podcast is worth a listen then, Alex Davy (interviewed in the last episode) specifically talks in a way that's easy to read between the lines. The huge ship *have* done well and they'll keep doing things that do well.

They've said that a couple of times, first of which was in a Worlds interview with TeamCovenant. At this point the Scum Epic has to be at least "in the works". We don't know much about development flow, but I'm guessing modeling requires a lot more time and trials on an Epic ship.
From what I recall in one of the interviews, Alex Davy mentioned they "had" way more information for Rogue One than they did for TFA. I'm not a native speaker, but that sounds like they finished developing something with Rogue One, my guess is Rogue One in included in wave 9, to be announced at GenCon or slightly later, depending on Disney.
I'm also guessing we could get the Epic reveal soon, but then what will they reveal at GenCon? They always had big reveals for GenCon, and if wave9 includes Rogue One and Disney won't let them reveal, they're not happy campers, so they might withhold the Epic reveal just to have something for GenCon.

Well, quite apart from the players that buy multiples (I myself have a CR90, a GR-75 and two Gozantis), the secondary market must be a huge contributor to Huge Ship sales.
I've seen literally hundreds of Epic ship expansions broken down and sold for their individual components on ebay and private shop websites - which is all good as far as FFG are concerned, because they've still sold it at that point...

I wouldn't be surprised to find both at the same time, given that I'm about 90% sure at this point that the Epic ship will contain one of the fixes for one of the Scum ships.

I reckon we are going to get an "Imperial Veterans is here!" article first, then a Scum huge ship which will have a Tansanarii Point Veteran colour scheme Scyk, a couple of titles for both it and the StarViper as well as two cards usable in Standard Play. One will be an illicit which will help the Viper out a little bit further and the other will be a crew member.
Rebel Veterans will be Rogue One content.
After that, Wave 9 which will have 1 Rebel (V wing?), 1 Imperial (Gunboat because everyone wants it and now would be a good time, make it PS2 and Ps4 with EPT.) then two scum ships , one be small, the other being large base.
Scum: YT-2000 and maybe Kimogyla
Empire: Gun Boat
Rebels: Dont´ know, maybe V-Wing??
But the real question is would Huge ships sell well if they didn't bundle small ships in with them?
Probably not, though the tantive is kind of a counter point to that.
