Ah, I picked the wrong STUPID NON-XWING GAME THAT I HATE today. Looks like Eldritch Horror was the game that got another stupid article. When will X-Wing get an article? Are they waiting until TLJ premier night or something?

What do you reckon the reactions to the previews will be?
Sheathipede: - If its good, "Rebels are OP, BOO"
- If its bad/meh, "good, rebels need less stuff they are OP, cool characters like mail suck, BOO"
Kimogila: - If its good, "Scum are OP, BOO"
- Of its bad/meh "Another awful Bwing style chassis, BOO"
Gunboat - If its good "Imps are saved (all fans break out into a musical number) other factions remember the salt of palp defenders"
- if it's bad/meh "Arc dodgers are unplayable, BOO"
heres hoping im wrong though and we get three above average playable ships (though out of them the Gunboat is clearly superior

I'm really starting to hate all other Star Wars games...
Every so often, I get tempted by Destiny. Then I remember my Dice Masters collection and it passes.

I’ve found it is worthwhile to learn the basics of the other Star Wars games if only to dampen the blow when it is not xwing news.
That was a rather exciting Destiny preview, even if it wasn’t xwing news.

Boy do i hear ya. I spent over 2000$ on that game and barely managed to get back 500$. With that money i started Xwing :-)
I play both Destiny and X-Wing, and I think that Destiny is really fun. My FLGS closes at 10:00 sharp, so if we finish up X-Wing a little after 9, so there's no time for another game of X-Wing, a game of Destiny is really nice.
That being said, this Destiny article is very exciting and all (because of how different the new cards are), but we did know that a release was scheduled for the end of the year (Destiny has a pretty rigid release timetable), so this wasn't the article we were looking for either... Destiny, like X-Wing, is still waiting for a long overdue FAQ.
It's weird, I don't play Armada, but for some reason, I still get excited about Armada releases.
I'm sure it's because it's just more X-Wing/TIE Fighter, just on another scale.

I know the feeling. I get excited for Armada stuff because there are models from the game I wouldn't mind buying sololy for display purposes. There is also an element of "peaking". The Scrugg first made it into Armada before X-Wing. It's kind of fun seeing smaller ships added to Armada and wondering if it's gonna make the jump.
