It's not an arc dodger, so the point is moot. At least, Fenn isn't; he actively wants to be in arc at range 1 when shooting and when defending.

My thoughts exactly. Anything that can arc dodge WILL arc dodge, even if they have ways to benefit from being in arc.
Title and ability makes him at his most defensive at R1 arc which is grand. Plus, if Fearlessness does what it's expected to, it will be a beast for him, though I'm still not convinced PTL isn't better.
It will also be beefy as heck for Guri who then gets a focus token and an extra [boom] if she gets R1 arc.

Force Friday isn't until Sept. 30. And I'm leaning toward thinking the missing SKU will be a Rogue One repainted Core Set with a few new tricks.
