What scale is it? If it's 1/270 it's clearly wave 9.

What are the most likely big upcoming events where we might see the next wave announced, and when?

Gaming conventions, major tournaments, etc.?

If (contrary to my previous thinking) Wave 9 is in fact the Rogue One wave, then we can possibly add some other major media events or conventions as a trigger for releasing X-Wing news.

Comic Con San Diego, Disney events, next Rogue One trailer release, etc.?

Yavin Open is a week Saturday at UK Games Expo, and is going to be the biggest single x-wing tournament ever run I believe, and probably one of the biggest miniatures games tournaments ever run full stop.

Wave 10 will be the Rogue 1 wave unless I miss my guess. Wave 9 will be stuff from TFA and Rebels.

But seriously, getting kind of concerned with worlds preorders. It was said end of May and well that leaves one day... and still no Nationals event post, which is now less than two weeks away.

I know this has been asked before, but does anyone know the numbers on what the max length of time between main wave announcements has been since the previous waves release?

I'm starting to really believe Wave 9 has some Rogue One tie-ins and we wont hear about it for a good bit longer.

I think the more relevant information is that the Force Awakens releases were announced 3 and a half months before Force Awakens came to cinemas
