When we finally get an X-Wing article it'll be a "Closer Look" at one of the new cosmetic enhancements for the game, like new ways players can use the colored bases.

Look how Jimmy combines a red base, with one white, and one blue peg, to create a Captain America X-Wing!

You know.... we might actually be cursed. Maybe we are paying for being overconfident that we would get a preview September 28th.... I blame Mu0n for that.

I say we try to break the curse by burning him at the public place!

So they are going to show a laser light level refracting through a clear base into a rainbow of bases?

Since I'm sure no one really reads all 25+ pages of the thread, I'll repost this.

The FFG employee running the Twitch chat feed during Worlds gave an interesting answer when I asked, directly, when would we see another Wave 8 preview. They said that everything posted needs to get approved by LFL before they can put it up, thus the delay. They're super excited for Wave 8 and *want* to talk about it, but can't.

I'd bet this is still what's going on. LFL is apparently so back-logged with license approval requests that FFG can't get their stuff done fast enough.

This process took several weeks previously as I had an article that was about six weeks from submission before it went live on the site for the LCG. I am sure as Force Awakens gets closer it is going to take that much longer.
